Seattle Commercial Waste and Recycling 101

by Stephanie Terrell last modified April 06, 2010 01:10 PM

Garbage service in Seattle is expensive. Commercial recycling and compost services are 30-50 percent cheaper. Every item you can divert from your waste stream into a recycling or compost program has the opportunity to save your business money. Contact information for changing your service level can be found below.

  1. Have questions about what your business can recycle? Different haulers accept different materials, so call your recycler to clarify! Residential and commercial recycling guidelines are different.
