Seattle Public Utilities recently sent information to all Seattle restaurants and food service providers about important changes to Seattle Municipal Code for properly disposing fats, oils, and grease.
If you are a restaurant owner or own a food service establishment, come to one of the following meetings to learn more about these important code changes, provide your input and get your questions answered:
- Monday, May 17
Northgate Community Center - Tuesday, May 18
High Point Community Center - Tuesday, May 25
Seattle City Hall, Bertha Knight Landes Rm - Wednesday, May 26
Van Asselt Community Center
All meetings are scheduled from 9:30 - 10:30 a.m.
SPU is accepting comments on the proposed code revision through June 11, 2010
