Installing water saving equipment will improve efficiencies and save money in existing commercial or multi-family buildings. Consider installing this equipment and spend up to 30% less water. To be eligible, projects must complete an application form and receive a subsequent authorization letter before any fixtures are installed. Apply for cash rebates for:

• $100 rebate on high-efficiency WaterSense labeled toilets. 1.28 gpf or less, including dual flush 
• $300–450 rebate on irrigation systems. Soil moisture sensors with conservation controller or weather-based controller with rain sensor
• $100 rebate on high-efficiency urinals. 0.5 gpf or less (water-free urinals under study — no rebate)

• $200 rebate on commercial coin-op washers in tier 3 of water efficiency. PSE offers rebates of $200 for tier 2 and above commerical coin-op washers. The total rebate from SPU and PSE is $400.
