Join us for this information session designed to shed light on City of Seattle's Energy Use Benchmarking Ordinance AND get an overview of low cost and no cost resources for increasing your building's performance!

You probably already know that buildings over 10,000 square feet, including multifamily buildings with five or more attached units, need to be in compliance by April 1, 2012.

But do you know:

  1. Process for benchmarking?
  2. Potential pitfalls when benchmarking your building?
  3. Details of disclosure process?
  4. Details of reporting process?
  5. What to expect when working with multiple utilities to gather energy usage data?

At this information session you will hear from benchmarking and building performance specialist Kevin J. Dingle and other professionals who have realized thousands of dollars in savings by accessing programs available all around Seattle.
